Responsibility
- create and manage the FoE stakeholder engagement plan, ensuring alignment with the wider business plan and strategy
- stakeholder management & engagement - maintaining a strong network internally and externally
- create, coordinate and monitor the use of FoE messaging in line with the SGN strategic communications plan
- participate and/or lead on internal compliance, assurance audits, inspections, undertake onsite technical inspections and provide feedback to stakeholders
- work with commercial colleagues on new ventures, promising IP developments and innovation projects
- develop the required customer journeys and establish the approach for managing those journeys for all relevant FoE projects
- you will be involved in Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, Environmental Safety, Wellbeing, Cultural and Behavioural Safety
- leading on and/or assisting with the development and implementation of safety bulletins, incident learning information & procedures
Requirements
- educated to degree level or have the relevant experience in estates or risk management
- the role holder will work within the Property Team and report directly to the Senior Estates Manager
- it would be advantageous to have SCO 1&2 CP/AE - For an understanding of the roles and responsibilities for competent persons
- this will enable the role holder to be able to manage contractors on site and conduct site visits with property professionals
- A key focus for the role holder will be the delivery of the Environment Action Plan
- A person with a 'can-do’ attitude
- the role holder must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel across the SGN estate
- experience of working in an environment role is essential
