Responsibility
- we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in our Lebanese Bakery in Victoria
- you will be a hands-on manager leading from the front, positively impacting shifts, and always reflecting
- the ideal General Manager will have some F&B and/or Grab & Go experience
- oversee day-to-day activities, manage staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and service
- monitor customer feedback, address concerns, and ensure the highest customer satisfaction levels
- as General Manager will have total responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management, displaying exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and professionalism
- ensure compliance with standards of health and safety regulations, cleanliness, hygiene, and product excellence
- establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of high-quality ingredients and products
