- input of Purchase Invoices onto our accounting and job recording systems
- perform data entry tasks related to purchase invoices and credit notes
- matching Proof of Delivery sheets to invoices received
- match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy
- keeping a detailed journal of goods inward received
- reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- liaising with our suppliers and ensuring that accounts are kept within credit limits
- process payments to suppliers in a timely manner
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
