Responsibility
- you'll inject your positive energy into every moment to ensure our venues deliver operational excellence
- you will be required to complete the daily admin when the deliveries are received, the checklists and temperature sheets
- you will assist in any food preparation that needs to be completed, before and during service
- sexy Buns is looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers. Chef duties will consist of managing the kitchen staff, setting up and managing menu, and assisting in food prep
- you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site and reporting directly to your Head Chef and Executive Chef
- ordering; this will include managing stock levels across the sites, ensuring nothing is out of stock, correct stock is being ordered, issues with deliveries and missing items from deliveries
- hygiene standards & compliance; the kitchen must follow all hygiene compliances, your entire team should know how to open and close as well as deep clean, allergens and labelling must be spot-on too
- this role will be service-based as you will be in the kitchen allowing you to ensure you are well trained to maintain standards and quality at all times
