Responsibility

  • liaise with local councils, suppliers, sponsors and internal teams
  • forecast monthly and flag risks or deviations early
  • analyse performance, gather feedback, and identify improvements
  • you’ll work closely with the MD, Operations Director, Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Events teams to plan and deliver high-impact, large-scale public events
  • ensure compliance with all legal, licensing and health & safety obligations
