Working hours

Responsibility

  • calculating and procuring ingredients to a set budget
  • planning, producing and serving on average between 120-200 meals on match day to a given schedule
  • clearing away and washing up all used utensils and crockery
  • must ensure kitchen appliances, equipment, surfaces, floors and walls are cleaned to industry standard at the end of each shift
  • communicate weekly with club official responsible for providing Tea volumes, timetable and dietary requirements
