  • purchase ledger clerk

Responsibility

  • process and input invoices into the accounting system
  • reconcile supplier statements with outstanding balances
  • handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers
  • investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • assist with month-end procedures and reporting
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements

  • proficiency in accounting software such as xero QuickBooks, or similar platforms
  • strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies
  • experience with Accounts Payable processes
  • familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft is advantageous
  • purchase ledger: 2 years
  • accounts payable: 2 years
