Responsibility

  • carry out instructions given by the Senior Management team, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
  • driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
  • updating work orders daily and following administrative procedures as directed
  • responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
  • keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
  • completing timesheets, claim forms and statutory checks as required
  • communication with tenants, customers and members of the public in a polite manner with an emphasis on customer care
