Working hours

Responsibility
- carrying out administrative activities such as auditing and rostering
- manage carers and care services for a supported living scheme
- carry out care assessments/ reviews on both existing and new care packages
- provide management for a team of care workers
- provide care whilst maintaining dignity and promoting independence service users as required
- implement action to meet and maintain Care Standards
- carry out risk assessments, induct new staff, carry out audits, schedule care rotas
- supporting the day-to-day running of the supported living scheme and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
Requirements
- minimum of two years’ experience within the care industry
- providing care
- passion for caring
- must be computer literate hands-on experience in rostering; staff management and carrying out care assessments
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- empathetic individual who holds great interpersonal skills
- full UK drivers’ licence
