Responsibility
carrying out administrative activities such as auditing and rostering
manage carers and care services for a supported living scheme
carry out care assessments/ reviews on both existing and new care packages
provide management for a team of care workers
provide care whilst maintaining dignity and promoting independence service users as required
implement action to meet and maintain Care Standards
carry out risk assessments, induct new staff, carry out audits, schedule care rotas
supporting the day-to-day running of the supported living scheme and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
Requirements
minimum of two years’ experience within the care industry
providing care
passion for caring
must be computer literate hands-on experience in rostering; staff management and carrying out care assessments
exceptional communication skills
ability to work under pressure
empathetic individual who holds great interpersonal skills
