Working hours

Responsibility

  • oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure the financial stability and success of the organization
  • develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • manage the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
  • managing finance team
  • prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • streamlining the accounting processes
  • development and production of key financial reports
  • conduct comprehensive financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting designation is highly desirable
  • proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the social care or non-profit sector
  • strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting
  • proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a finance team
  • high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
