  • carrying out viewings and negotiating the Let/Sale between the applicants and landlord/owner
  • answering incoming calls, uploading properties online to market, liaising with landlords and tenants
  • administrative roles - answering emails and phone calls and filing certificates and reports
  • arranging tradesman for the upkeep of property maintenance
  • actively seeking opportunities to improve branch procedures and share knowledge with other coordinators
  • demonstrate the ability to provide cover in the absence of a negotiator to ensure consistent customer service
