- our small Crowthorne home is only a 3-minute walk from Crowthorne Station
- for our small and friendly care home we are looking to appoint a Full Time Manager
- our next Care Home Manager will become registered with CQC
- we are seeking an experienced leader with good clinical knowledge to manage our small and privately run Care Home
- are you a Manager / Clinical lead / Deputy looking for your next career move..........We Operate Care and Nursing homes in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire
- you will be responsible for the overall function of our Care home
- for our small and friendly care home we are looking to appoint either Full Time or 30 Hours per week
Requirements
- level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent or be working towards
- good IT skills and the ability to use electronic devises associated with care plans and data input
- on-line training platform
- basic knowledge of Microsoft
- budget control and management
- maximise occupancy
- good written and oral skills
