- we are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our existing team working at London Heathrow, the UK's busiest and most exciting airport
- love IT but don't want to sit at a desk all day? Then this position could be for you
- in this role you will be providing 1st line support of mission critical desktop IT passenger systems for check-in and departure. Key activities include
- training will be given on the specific hardware and software used on site but a basic understanding and interest in Windows PC’s and printer hardware is a requirement. Qualifications are desirable but not essential

- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within a multiple customer organisation
- troubleshooting TCP/IP problems in Windows using PING and TRACERT

- previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a customer facing role
- microsoft MCP qualifications are desirable but not essential
- flexibility to regularly commute and work at other customer’s locations in the Greater London area, to include London Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Airports
