proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management tools, repair tracking systems, and email communication platforms
strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently
A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building positive customer relationships
previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, particularly in a related industry such as repair services, retail, or customer-focused environments
