Requirements

  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when entering data and providing repair estimates
  • exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and address customer concerns promptly and effectively
  • proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management tools, repair tracking systems, and email communication platforms
  • strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently
  • A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building positive customer relationships
  • previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, particularly in a related industry such as repair services, retail, or customer-focused environments
