Responsibility
- be responsible for the administration of central email addresses and action/delegate as required
- manage all range of customer accounting enquiries into the office via telephone or email
- handle customer complaints & queries, with the flexibility to establish a new model for proactive customer relationships
- be the central communication point for written correspondence to and from our customers
- liaise on a daily basis with our network of service centres
- handle invoices for service centres and customers
- support the management team to optimise processes and develop and implement best practices, based on company guidelines for the Customer Service Model
