Responsibility
- induct Young People on admission, explaining house rules and welcome pack
- be a point of contact for Young People to feel able to discuss ideas and keep them updated on actions
- to safeguard Young People from anything and anyone who can harm their welfare
- with the Young People’s agreement, act on their behalf when appropriate
- to support and empower Young People to learn and develop the skills they need to become independent
- to celebrate Young People 's progress by recognising and rewarding their achievements
- liaise with Senior Support Worker to make recommendations on how support can be adjusted to promote independence
- we at Serenity Housing Support believe that all Young People’s rights & aspirations should inform the shape of service delivery
