- we are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to join our team on a temporary basis
- lead the registration process with the CQC, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- the primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the completion of our Care Quality Commission registration process
- develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety for residents
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning disabilities, mental health, and other residential care settings
- provide leadership and support to staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment
- conduct regular assessments of resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
Requirements
- registered Manager qualification
- proven experience in a managerial role within the social care sector, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities and mental health
- strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals
