Responsibility
engage and strategize with decision-making clients to demonstrate how working with Serendipity drives awareness, consideration and sales
identify and understand multiple trends within the digital content landscape
demonstrate consistently high external call rates; meet with your clients via digital platforms and occasionally in person when necessary
meet respective monthly and quarterly revenue targets
develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, taking full responsibility for accurate and frequent forecasting
deliver extraordinary account management both internally and externally
maintain up to date, accurate and informative call information, deal history and contacts in our CRM platform; demonstrate highly proficient use of designated platforms and proactively seek out additional training if needed
take responsibility for the optimisation of your own schedule, focussing on high priority opportunities, closing deals with urgency, and spending at least 70% of your time dealing with customers directly
Requirements
proven digital sales record, ideally in creative industries
demonstrated success in structuring, closing and managing complex deals
excellent presentation and communication skills
ability to self-optimise and incorporate automation technology
appreciation and ability to articulate how integrated marketing strategies deliver return on investment to brand growth and communications needs
passion for digital content, social media and online marketing trends
