Responsibility
we are searching for a Assistant Finance Administrator to provide support to the Combined Services Division finance function, covering a range of duties including sales and purchase ledger processing, processing expense claims and accounting for credit card transactions
assisting the Events and Traffic Divisional Finance team with ad hoc requests
ensure that invoices received are posted accurately and in a timely manner on the accounts system for various companies within the Events and Traffic Division
check purchase invoices to Purchase Order systems or obtain authorisation from the appropriate person for all invoices
ensure compliance with VAT legislation to ensure the company pays and reclaims the appropriate amounts as part of the quarterly VAT return process
