Responsibility

  • we are searching for a Assistant Finance Administrator to provide support to the Combined Services Division finance function, covering a range of duties including sales and purchase ledger processing, processing expense claims and accounting for credit card transactions
  • assisting the Events and Traffic Divisional Finance team with ad hoc requests
  • ensure that invoices received are posted accurately and in a timely manner on the accounts system for various companies within the Events and Traffic Division
  • check purchase invoices to Purchase Order systems or obtain authorisation from the appropriate person for all invoices
  • ensure compliance with VAT legislation to ensure the company pays and reclaims the appropriate amounts as part of the quarterly VAT return process
