- the Finance and Commercial Manager will hold a UK-recognised Accountancy qualification with at least three years PQE in industry
- additional relevant higher education qualification , such as Business Management or Business Administration will significantly contribute to their ability to achieve in this role
Responsibility
- strategic
- provide strategic business support, such as advice to directors on facilities, resourcing, information technology and quality
- financial
- preparing monthly management accounts, on an accruals basis, including reporting on variance to budgets
- support and facilitate appropriate policies, governance, and controls across the group
- managing all aspects of the weekly and monthly Accounts Payable processes to ensure prompt payments to contractors, associates, and suppliers
- preparing VAT and HST returns on a monthly / quarterly basis as appropriate, with the guidance of our tax compliance specialists
- managing the “accounts@” inbox
