Responsibility

  • this is a residential positions and include significant work outside of regular office hours
  • the Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a centre, directly managing and closely working with 2 course directors and activities managers
  • set up site including staff room and classrooms
  • hold regular meetings with group leaders acting as first point of contact to deal with any problems or requests they have
  • liaise with head office on all student arrival and departure information
  • write an end of course report and submit to Head Office by the penultimate day of the course
  • transport: Liaise with head office on all transport arrangements for excursions and group leader activities
  • resources: Ensure that all necessary resources for the smooth running of the course are in place in good time
