- we have an amazing opportunity for a Buyer to join SeeWoo UK Ltd
- the business also encompasses our flagship retail store in London’s bustling Chinatown and small production site in Park Royal
- minimise out of stocks by successful demand planning and procurement
- source new products liaising with Senior Management, Sales and Technical teams ensuring product specification from suppliers
- forecast commodity/raw material pricing, market trends and global shortages by keeping up to date with industry news etc

- based at our head office and distribution centre in Park Royal, London, you will join a small buying team and ensure a consistent supply of quality products at cost efficient prices with UK and overseas suppliers
Requirements
- previous food buying experience is essential
- 10 years’ food buying experience with at least two - three years management responsibility
- overseas buying experience with knowledge of shipping and customs processes
- product knowledge of Oriental, East and South East Asian products
- ability to develop and mentor a team
- be willing on occasion to attend trade shows and visit with suppliers both within the UK and internationally if required
