- design and execution of digital marketing strategies across various platforms
- excellent written and verbal skills and a keen eye for attention to detail
- proficient in the use of marketing tools & platforms
- analysis of data and reporting on such
Responsibility
- develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and email campaigns in line with brands guidelines to drive customer acquisition and retention
- proactively encourage and respond to client and customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation
- audit property listings and update websites content to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- create engaging content to attract potential clients, build an audience, and manage the company’s social media presence
- draft compelling press releases, news stories and identify suitable PR opportunities to increase media coverage
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create advertising and marketing material, maintaining brand consistency
- act as the in-house point of contact for our trusted specialist PPC and SEO partner, collaborating to optimise our websites and improve search engine rankings
- take on the role of brand guardian, networking, and attending events to enhance brand awareness and reputation with the student rental market
