Responsibility
- supervising and maintaining a safe environment for children at all times
- observing, assessing, and evaluating children's growth and development
- organise and plan activities to simulate children's growth and development
- undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the setting
- support the existing members of staff with any other day-to-day tasks and activities
- seedlings Day Nursery & and Pre-School require a level 3 apprentice nursery nurse to work as a team member, within the guidance, leadership and coaching of that team, to ensure that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs
- whilst undertaking theoretical and practical training and completing tasks and assignments to obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve a level 3 apprenticeship in early years educator
- an apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
