Responsibility

  • nursery Manager
  • must hold a relevant level three childcare qualification and have a minimum of two years Nursery experience
  • A clear DBS and Two satisfactory references are required for this position
  • to be responsible for and to oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the Nursery
  • offering all children and staff equal opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, race gender, disabilities, cultural or linguistic background
  • ensuring that confidentiality is paramount and that all staff understand the importance of this
  • keeping all nursery policies and procedures up to date and are renewed annually
  • ensuring effective staff recruitment following the procedures in place
