Requirements

proven experience in event management or a related field within the hospitality industry

Responsibility

making sure the venue is clean and tidy
collaborate with various departments including catering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless event delivery
monitor event progress on the day, addressing any issues that arise promptly to ensure client satisfaction
minimising and handling disruptions such as noisy guests, equipment or staff
briefing event assistants on their roles and coordinating them for the venue setup and ticket scanning
