Responsibility
- making sure the venue is clean and tidy
- collaborate with various departments including catering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless event delivery
- monitor event progress on the day, addressing any issues that arise promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- minimising and handling disruptions such as noisy guests, equipment or staff
- briefing event assistants on their roles and coordinating them for the venue setup and ticket scanning
