SECURITY AND FIRE EXPERTS is looking for employees for positions:

sales ledger clerk

Responsibility

  • assisting in managing customer accounts
  • producing sales invoices
  • dealing with sales invoice queries
  • assisting with the reconciliation of the ledger
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • generate financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed

Requirements

  • good computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to analyse financial information and identify discrepancies or errors
  • excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • familiarity with accounting software such as Xero is a plus

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
