Responsibility

  • ensure the facilities are running efficiently
  • conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and report to Facilities Manager
  • perform routine maintenance tasks, including general maintenance, landscaping, moving of furniture, removals and repairs
  • maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs in relation to the maintenance log
  • uphold high standards of customer service when interacting with clients or stakeholders
