- processing detailed quotations in line with demand
- up selling and suggestive selling of other product lines with all clients
- keeping accurate records of Sales Support activities is paramount, ensuring the weekly KPI’s are up to date
- follow up on quotations sent with a view to closure
- handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
- enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated with a passion for sales
Requirements
- excellent sales skills, including a professional telephone manner
- previous experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous
- ability to work on own initiative and use common sense approach
- enthusiastic and a team player
- able to prioritise workload
- desire and hunger to be successful within an industry leading organisation
- able to demonstrate good organisational skills
