Requirements
- proven experience of leading a clinical team E
- passion for elderly / dementia care, with a hands-on approach E
- established leadership skills to manage teams/ manage individual tea members /manage change E
- knowledge of CQC and other regulatory requirements for care homes D
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. E
- ability to effective multi-task and prioritise workload E
- effective interpersonal skills E
- able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities E
Responsibility
- contribute fully to team working,responding positively to colleagues and actioning all reasonable work instructions promptly
- attend relevant staff meetings and training as required
- demonstrate a transparent approach to reporting and responding to safeguarding incidents
- support the Home Manager with responding to enquiries about the home and taking an active part in conducting family visits
