Responsibility
- to prepare invoices using up to date sage skills
- to check supplier invoices as per our stock system and post to Sage
- to check overhead invoices
- to support Head of Finance work with the current accountants to carry out year end reporting
- to manage weekly Debtors and Creditors report
- to chase invoice payment
- to reconcile bank accounts on a weekly basis
- to provide monthly VAT return
Requirements
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- to work on your own when required and capable of managing own time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of accounting practices, in particularly Sage
- accounting: 3 years
