Requirements

  • previous experience in a sales/commercia/operational environment
  • background or sound understanding in Maritime Security and/or Risk
  • demonstrable experience in developing new sales or increasing existing sales with a current client
  • client orientated with good business acumen and understanding of the sales process
  • the ability to work well under pressure and deliver on time
  • creative and innovative in their approach to client requirements and budget
  • A sound knowledge of the maritime security sector and current challenges/threats
  • be able to pick up new products and service lines quickly and articulate this to clients in a clear unambiguous way

Responsibility

  • protect Seagull market share from competition o Understand the opposition o Deliver on quality and price o React and respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner
  • ensure rates are reviewed regularly to ensure the client is getting the best value for money as while maximising and increasing revenue and profit
  • provide sales support to the service line owners as required
