Responsibility
- as a Vehicle Technician at Seaford Ford, you will be an integral part of our workshop team
- perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
- utilise advanced tools, equipment, and technical knowledge to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently
- your primary responsibilities will include diagnostic, repair, and servicing tasks primarily focused on Ford vehicles
- conduct routine servicing and maintenance operations in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and best practices
- collaborate effectively with team members, including service advisors and parts department, to deliver a seamless customer experience
- keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and training
- while previous experience with the Ford brand is advantageous, it is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training directly from the manufacturer
Requirements
- previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience
- strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for automotive technology
- proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems and components
- excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment
- relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive technology are desirable but not essential
