  • supporting our client to explore new inerests and activities and social, craft and recreational opportunities
  • working with the case manager to providing support with cognitive and behavioural needs
  • assisting with development of skills of independent living
  • close liaison with family and case manager
  • supporting our client to access the community and engage in activity that he enjoys including driving/working with classic cars, fishing and his interest in all things mechanical
