Responsibility
- assist in the preparation of sites for construction, including clearing debris and levelling ground

- perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the work area is clean and organised
- follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements
- previous experience in groundworks or a related field is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in groundworks will be highly regarded
- experience operating mini diggers and dumpers is beneficial
