  • answer telephone calls, take messages and distribute calls/messages to wider team
  • receive visitors, provide visitor refreshments
  • receive enquiries, enter onto our StruMIS Management Software
  • monitor & follow-up customer enquiries obtaining feedback & assist in securing new orders
  • receive and enter project details onto our StruMIS Management Software
  • assist with pricing enquiries where required
  • track planning registers and generate new leads
  • monitor and Maintain the Health & Safety file generally
