Responsibility

• SDL Transport Ltd is a fast-growing trade-plate vehicle logistics firm, looking for a keen individual to join their growing Head Office team in Kettering, Northamptonshire
• the successful candidate will need to have customer service and administration experience, good organization skills, and the ability to work effectively and proactively as part of a team as well as alone
• the role will include Administrative tasks to support the Transport Planning and Office Team, in addition to daily and weekly data analysis and reporting

• the role sits within an initially small, but fast-growing office team; so must be able to work on their own and be self-motivated
• you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be organized and able to deal positively with changing workload priorities
• tasks will include keeping Daily sheets up to date, Daily and Weekly Data Analysis and reporting, liaising with customers and clients, Service Satisfaction, internal paperwork, and procedures along with General Office Administration
• you may also be required to travel out to sites in order to assist with the collection or delivery of vehicles from time to time
