  • gain an understanding of SDG’s Core Values, Products, Technical Services and the sectors we work in
  • contribute to the 5-Year Strategic Account planning process for SDG Group
  • develop and execute annual Account Plans for your allocated Precast & Construction accounts
  • increase the range of SDG products purchased by your allocated accounts
  • contribute to submission of winning tenders and bids in a timely and professional manner
  • systematically follow-up, negotiate and close business opportunities
  • achieve and exceed your sales and profit margin targets and KPIs which you will agree, execute and monitor in consultation with the SDG Head of Sales
  • complete Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews with your accounts
