  • you will be responsible for driving Improvement and Learning from Experience initiatives
  • you will lead in policy, process, procedure and improvement of business practices across the wider business
  • in this post you will play a key independent role in developing and delivering Quality Management and Assurance to ISO 9001 whilst pursuing improvement opportunities
  • through the Corporate Services Function you will participate in an extensive training programme with the long-term goal of recognition as a Government Assurance and Improvement subject matter expert
  • achieving this requires commitment to gaining a MoD Quality Management License followed by successful Chartered professional status through the Chartered Quality Institute
  • as the Quality Manager for the SDA, you will be responsible for delivery of Quality Management Systems to enable the business to meet its strategic objectives
