avoid at all costs. Bullying culture installed by the MDs. HR will not stick up for you and will help management pin any blame from overworking and poor treatment back to the lowest paid workers in the group. Used to be good apparently , until new MD came in and installed low level bullying. Authorities are about to be informed of the current problems. If you wish to work in the timber sector in Redditch, there are better run companies in and round the midlands. Low pay, but that is the case atm for the whole sector.
