Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- managing the day to day running of the service
- support the Registered Manager to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with Scott values and policies and procedures
- support the cost-effective running of the service by minimising unnecessary expenditure and identifying and implementing more efficient ways of working
- support the Registered Manager to ensure that the service meets or exceeds the standards set by regulatory bodies including CQC, NICE, local authority specifications and relevant legislation and regulation
- support the Registered Manager to ensure that all staff acquire and maintain appropriate training as required by the role, the company’s policies and procedures, the CQC and the relevant commissioning authority service specification
- ensure the communication requirements for individual Service Users are identified and met
- champion Service User’s rights and equality at all times
- to support the Team Leaders to ensure that care plans are developed with the input of the Service Users, appropriate professionals and services user’s families, and ensure that these care plans are regularly reviewed and continue to meet the needs of the Service User
Requirements
- NVQ or diploma in health and social care or above
- applicants will be required to be familiar with relevant legal frameworks, including the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Equal Opportunities Act 2010, and the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
