Responsibility

  • the job is maintaining the communal grounds of residential blocks of apartments
  • some sites are large and some are small forecourts of house conversions
  • the work is regular
  • applicant must have a full clean UK driving licence with the ability to drive medium size vans. Will work as part of a team of two or three. Must have experience of using petrol driven lawn mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers etc
  • properties are visited fortnightly through the Summer months and monthly during Winter but the hours of the job remain the same year round
