Responsibility
- arrange transport of goods and materials to Scott Bader Customers on agreed delivery dates
- filing and providing all necessary paperwork as required by customers
- ensure that all transport regulations regarding labelling, and dangerous goods declarations are issued
- ensure all internal systems and records are kept up to date
- end to end processing of goods received from tankers onto in-house internal systems
- updating the Health and Safety Log on a weekly basis
- answering telephone calls; liaising with booking in hauliers/suppliers and managing the goods in diaries assessing the goods-in daily capacity, liaising with our Procurement team
- arranging weekly tanker deliveries/collections via our preferred suppliers list, in addition to updating haulier suppliers of future load and ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place ready to be issued
