Responsibility

- handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- effective time management and organizational abilities
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
- problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in the shop
- knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
- retail sales: 1 year
