Responsibility

  • oversee day-to-day operations of the shop
  • manage and supervise shop staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the shop
  • maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
  • implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • effective time management and organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
  • problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in the shop
  • knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
  • retail sales: 1 year
