- receive the [email protected] and ensure that they have been dealt with appropriately
- the job holder may undertake additional tasks not specifically listed in the job description, as reasonably requested
- liaise with CEO to organise and support committee meetings and national committee day as required. This may include providing appropriate paperwork and arranging accommodation, catering and expense claims
- provide administrative support to the team including the CEO and project teams with regard to booking travel and accommodation as appropriate
- maintain office facilities ensuring the space is kept, clean, tidy and presentable, including the stock room
- ensure that information on committee members and structure on the website is up-to-date and complies with Data protection legislation
- support administration for meetings and internal events as required such as arranging venues, meeting rooms, accommodation, circulating papers etc e.g. staff meetings, committees and working groups
- ensure that staff leave records are up-to-date and accurate
