  • generate customer/ enquiry on sales database & generate physical sales file
  • prepare quotations for customer enquiries and follow up
  • provide technical input and support to Sales Department
  • update customers with progress reports
  • update sales database
  • generate sales order instructions and various documentation as required
  • liaise with workshop, drawing office & stores to issue and progress customer orders through to completion
