- adept at forecasting, modelling financial scenarios and assessing upside, baseline and downside cases
- demonstrable competency in Strategic Planning and organisational management
- ability to proactively identify financial risks and provide mitigations

Responsibility
- attend Board meetings and schedule Finance Subcommittees to report on financial performance against forecasts
- lead on the annual audit with our external auditors and produce the trustees’ report and annual accounts to be approved by the Board of Trustees
- update the charity’s annual financial policies including our reserves policy, remuneration review, and risk register
