Responsibility
- provide an effective client service including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
- provide high quality level of administration
- check thoroughly all client documentation before despatch, ensuring queries are raised and amendments completed
- provide new business quotations for all classes of on request, providing relevant advice, information and guidance
- take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated
- control your own diary system, ensuring all items are followed up by the due dates, particularly in relation to outstanding documentation from clients or insurers and premium payments
- take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected and relevant records and diary entries are created
Requirements
- you will need to have some experience gained from within the Motor Insurance Industry in a customer service or broking environment
- knowledge or home and travel insurance would be beneficial but not essential, as would knowledge of the Acturis system
