Requirements
phD in Fluid Mechanics or a related fields in mathematics, engineering or physical sciences

phD in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials sciences
strong ability to develop mathematical models for fluid flows
experience in characterizing ion exchange membranes using relevant techniques

conduct CFD simulations and perform detailed analyses of complex 3D turbulent flow and heat transfer
research and development of novel ion exchange membranes for electrochemical water splitting
develop and maintain the lab to the highest safety standards
develop simplified mathematical models based on CFD insights for integration into the system-level frameworks to evaluate geothermal designs
implementation of advanced tools for characterising membrane ion conductivity measurements, crossover studies and chemical, thermal and mechanical stability investigation
design lead and deliver innovative materials chemistry and IP for different projects
validate models and results against theoretical benchmarks, experimental data, and real-world observations
