Responsibility
- flights Team Oversight
- ensuring adherence to Global Flights procedures & KPI’s
- supervising a team of UK & EU based flights consultants
- pro-actively analyzing booking trends and raising concerns in achieving targets
- consistently reviewing needed enhancements based on planned cruise and tour itineraries
- provide performance updates
- participation in local in market meetings as well as Global leadership meetings
- foster and Maintain relationships in market with airline partners
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2-years management experience with direct reports
- proven experience in air supplier relations within the travel industry
- solid operational and data analysis background
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- familiarity with finance processes and experience in managing payments and budgets
- flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with varying hours
